Kalte Winternächte und lange Sommertage sind in Alaska nicht neu, aber jemand der diese zum Teil unwirkliche Gegend sein zu Hause nennt dann doch. The Whipaws kommen weit aus dem Norden und touren dort auch und das schon ca. 5 Jahre lang. Bei Shuteye Records haben sie jetzt die Möglichkeit bekommen ihr neues Album zu veröffentlichen. So unkonventionell die Band, so auch das Album. Eine Mischung aus Rock, Country und „Alaska" haben sie im Studio abgemischt. Der Norden nahm einen nicht unwesentlichen Einfluss auf die 4 Jungs. Cold Winter-nights and long Summer-days are not new in Alaska, but someone calling this place their home is. The Whipaws come out of the far north and have been touring there for already 5 years. With Shuteye Records they have the possibility now to publish their first Album. As unconventional as the Band, is the Album. A mixture of Rock, Country and „Alaska", is what they recorded in the Studio. The North has had its influence on the 4 boys. Uptempo-Songs all the way thru.
