Eileen Carey ist seit einigen Jahren ein fester Bestandteil der Musikszene von L.A. Jetzt sind sie und ihre Musik dazu bereit sich auszubreiten. Ihre Musik kann man auf über 100 College und 60 aktuellen Radiosendern hören, sowie bei Specials in den USA, den Niederlanden, Kanada, Japan und Australien. Eileen Carey war bei den Los Angeles Music Awards 2000 als 'Best Adult Contemporary Artist' nominiert. Sie wurdest in Cleveland, Ohio, geboren und bist dort auch aufgewachsen. Beeinflusst durch die riesige Plattensammlung der klassischen Motown-Singles ihrer Schwester, half es ihr alle Arten von Musik zu mögen und hat geholfen den Stil der Country Musik den sie schreibt und singt zu kreieren. Mit 20 Jahre begann sie Gesangsunterricht zu nehmen und ebenso Schauspiel- und Theaterunterricht. Nachdem sie all das gemacht hatte, beschloss sie sich auf das Schreiben von Songs und das Singen zu konzentrieren, denn da war sie mit Herz und Seele dabei. Und das sie eine Vollblut Sängerin ist, wird auf dem aktuellen Album sehr deutlich. Bei jedem Song kommt das Gefühl auf, er würde nur für den gesungen, der gerade zuhört. Natürlich dürfen auf einem Album von Eileen Carey eigene Songs nicht fehlen. Auch hier zeigt sich: Die Frau kann etwas. Musikalisch sind die zehn Songs zwischen Country und New-Country einzuordnen. Abgemischt wurde das Album übrigens bei Capitol Mastering und das Spricht nur für die Qualität.

Eileen Carey was nominated at the Los Angeles Music Awards 2000 as 'Best Adult Contemporary Artist'. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up there as well. Influenced by her sisters huge Record-Collection of classic Motown-Singles, she likes all different kinds of Music and it helped her to create the style of Country Music that she writes and sings. She started taking classes in singing, acting and theatre with the age of 20. After she did all that, she decided to concentrate on writing and singing Songs, that is where her heart and soul is. That she is a full-blooded Singer she proofs impressively in her current Album. In every Song that you hear you get the feeling that she sings only for you. Of course there are some Songs written by Eileen Carey herself on the Album too. Here shows as well: that woman is good. The 10 Songs can be put somewhere between Country and New-Country. The record was mastered at Capitol mastering what speaks for the quality of the CD.
