Es war wohl so zwischen 1980 und 1990 als sich in Nashville die Band durch Zufall zusammenfand. Es kamen die Alben „Pirates Of The Mississippi", „Walk The Plank", „A Street Man Named Desire", „Dream You", „Best of thePirates Of The Mississippi" und „Paradise" zustande. Danach wurde es ruhig um die Band. 2006 kamen sie dann auf die große Bühne zurück. Mit im Gepäck ihr neues Album „Heaven And A Dixie Night". Und sie knüpfen da an, wo sie aufgehört haben. Mit geradliniger Country Music die keine Fragen offen lassen.

It must have been between 1980 and 1990 when by coincidence a Band got together in Nashville. Records like „Pirates Of The Mississippi", „Walk The Plank", „A Street Man Named Desire", „Dream You", „Best of the Pirates Of The Mississippi" and „Paradise" where published. After that it got quiet around the Band. Now in 2006 they got back on the big stage. In their pocket the new Album „Heaven And A Dixie Night". And this record picks up where they have left off. Straight Country Music that leaves no questions open.
