Mit der Band Highway 101 hatte sie ihre großen Erfolge. Für die Oak Ridge Boys, Gail Davies und Tammy Wynette war sie als Songwriter tätig. Bei RCA gab man ihr die Möglichkeit 1983 ein Album zu veröffentlichen. Drei Singles entsprangen dem Album "You Gotta Get To My Heart (Before You Lay A Hand On Me)", "Can You Fool" und "I’d Say Yes". In der Vergangenheit erschienen dann noch verschiedene andere Singles wie: Not With My Heart You Don't und The Chain Just Broke, Thank You Vets. Es wird sich zeigen ob sie mit „It’s About Time" an alte Erfolge anknüpfen kann. Das Album ist sehr traditionell und somit nicht unbedingt etwas für die junge Country-Hip-Hop-Generation.

With the Band Highway 101 she had her biggest success. For the Oak Ridge Boys, Gail Davies and Tammy Wynette she worked as a Songwriter. With RCA then she got the possibility in 1983 to publish her own Album. From the Album come 3 Singles "You Gotta Get To My Heart (Before You Lay A Hand On Me)" , "Can You Fool" and "I’d Say Yes". In the past some other Singles have been published, like : Not With My Heart You Don't and The Chain Just Broke, Thank You Vets. It will have to be seen, if she can life up to her old success with „It’s About Time" . The Album is very traditional and not necessary something for the young Country-Hip-Hop-Generation.
