2006 International Rock-A-Billy Festival
vom 3. bis 5. August in Jackson, Tennessee.

Am Donnerstag Abend, den 3. August, steht der ehemalige Tourbus von June Carter - Cash und Johnny Cash für das Publikum zur Besichtigung bereit. In diesem Bus haben Johnny und June gewohnt und geschlafen, wenn sie auf einer ihrer ‚Walk The Line’ Tourneen quer durch die USA unterwegs waren.

Die Internationale Rock-a-Billy Hall of Fame und Museum ist vergleichbar mit der Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville - zumindest, was die Aufgaben anbelangt.

Das Programm (unten im Originaltext) ist für alle drei Tage vielseitig und mit Hannes Strauss & the Blue Vinyl Freaks ist sogar eine deutsche Formation mit dabei!
